We are an architect's practice based in Helston, Cornwall with many years' experience. The range of projects that we have worked on is extensive, giving us an understanding of both modern and traditional design.

This wealth of experience allows us to create excellent, forward-thinking designs, which are tailored to meet your needs whilst also being sympathetic to the locality. It also enables us to evaluate the best methods of construction for your project, whilst keeping to our vision of delivering excellent, sustainable design solutions on time and on budget.

  • Steve Hole Bsc (Hons)

    DIRECTOR

    Steve has a Degree in Architectural Technology from the University of Brighton and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists as well as an Affiliate Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects.

    ​With over 20 years of experience, Steve has a keen eye for detail and has built a reputation for delivering a broad range of projects - from small domestic extensions to large municipal buildings - without losing sight of the key look and feel of a design.

  • Michael Hockaday (RIBA)

    DIRECTOR

    Mike is a Chartered Architect registered with the Royal Institute of British Architects and the Architects Registration Board.

    ​ As a highly experienced architect, Mike often creates the initial design concept of a project and produces exquisite hand-drawn plans and elevations.

  • Alice Hole BA (Hons)

    DIRECTOR

    Alice is a director of 3HW and also oversees the marketing for the company.

    ​ Alice is also a professional artist with an art degree from Manchester Metropolitan University. Her artwork is inspired by her beautiful surroundings in Cornwall and can be found here.
