A Design for a Dormer Bungalow in a Garden
The owner of a bungalow with a large plot approached us to explore the possibility of designing a dwelling in their garden in order reduce the upkeep of the land.
3HW guided the client step by step through each stage of the planning process, utilising the Pre-Application process to agree on the principle of the development. In this case, the Planning Approval process was a very smooth one and was gained with no objections and support from the Parish Council for a detached 4-bedroom dormer bungalow.
